Helen Tago

Helen Tago (1980) works in various graphic techniques, with a focus on intaglio and experimentation. Her works intertwine psychological states with human-made landscapes in prints that often acquire a site-specific and spatial dimension. Helen Tago studied printmaking at the Estonian Academy of Arts, graduating with a BA in 2004. Tago is a founding member of graafika.ee studio & gallery and has been an active member of the Association of Estonian Printmakers since 2016.

Artist’s latest projects include “Stairway to Heaven” at GÜ Gallery (2024), “Imagine” at ARS Project Space (2024), and “Urmas Ploomipuu’s Geometric Realism: Intersections and Reflections,” curated by Tõnis Saadoja, at Rüki Gallery (2024).
